Home-street art exhibition, the pure residue in camera’s archive
Criticism is the basic engine of art, if your works, writings or efforts are not criticized – they are simply not noticed. After the trip to Berlin, you helped me to look back at domestic street culture. The surprise was yesterday :) I came to devote a day booking at the street art in the Riga city, it was clear where and what to look for, but 70% of these works no longer exist, they have been banally painted over :( It remains up the archives of camera to show the works of local street enthusiasts.
In the beginning, there was a cave wall and even today, the walls of buildings are an everyday life of our urban cities. Marking and drawing are two different things which certainly should not be confused.
A good street artist creates his narrative - it is a message to society. It is also the one that will replace ours. Contemporary and changing art, that invariably reflects us and our everyday life of our society.
Indigenous art that defies and is a submissive choice. Public opinion is by no means decisive, rather it is about the changing political power, that regularly repaints the colors of tomorrow's Riga according to its political vision.
Most of you know the story of the wolf that fed the brothers Romulus and Remus, the founders of Rome. However, few of you have seen Riga’s interpretation of this tab, which appeared possible even in the post-social era and ridicules political greed in our characteristic style.
Of course, the scale of Berlin will not be found here, but we are a small and very proud nation. An acquaintance of mine once said, "Hedgehog is a proud bird - won't kick, won't fly." Well, he's right there :)
The day is sunny, but the passers-by are depressed. Clothing color basically grey, a long way from happiest people in Finland...... far. :):):) "Smile and you will be smiled back", that's the motto that is missing in the streets of Riga today :)
I often hear this question from you, which tattoo is better, a colored or black and white :) Keep in mind! Only your personality determines the colors of life that are reflected on your body.
Belonging to a certain ethnic group has been relevant since the beginning of civilization. A body drawing that includes symbols specific to your group is evidence for you today.
