A new style in tattooing :)

No, it's a new school tattooing style

The truth is simple - an artist without inspiration = 0, it is self-evident for artist, but the consumer and the viewer + You all the time ask for a fresh and new concept, tattoo art is no exception :)

It was the combination of such factors and the closed commune of tattoo artists themselves that created the need for something new. New school is a style of tattooing whose true origins are lost in translation and time, but one is clear, it has been influenced by some of the old school tattooing traits in the United States. Drawing inspiration from graffiti and cartoon art, as well as hip-hop and pop art. Thanks to their bright colors, degradations, irreverent themes and purposeful disproportions, the tattoos are instantly recognizable, they in overall have a caricature look and a lot of customization options, as well as a wild and imaginative concept.

Some ink enthusiasts believe that appearance of this style is not only the evolution of the artist and, but also customer shift in tastes :-) This style is characterized by heavy outlines, bright colors and exaggerated representation of the subject.

I.n.t.e.r.e.s.t.i.n.g. - what is individual and common to the new school with irezumi, old school and folk art ?

Pronounced contours - Although in other tattoo styles, for example, in the old school, neo traditional, Japanese traditional, there are also bold lines - exists a big difference and You can notice it. The differences are in the colors of the bold outlines. New school artists often reduce the use of black or completely get freed from it and supplant it with a compatible color tone.

Warped perspectives - Perspective doesn't disappear anywhere only the viewpoint on it changes, the era of new school tattoos challenges it. Instead of drawing a side-view image, the tattoo artist will choose to experiment with different perspectives. A new school tattoo artist is not afraid to try things that haven't been tried before !

Eye-catching color scheme - Yes, this is not the first tattoo style to feature bright colors, but still - there is a difference between regular color tattoos and the bright colors that appear in new school tattoos. Vibrant color palettes used by these tattooists, possibly, are most focused and eye-catching feature of this style, which, combined with other characteristics, makes the new school tattoo style recognizable and unique.

In the 1990s, new school was firmly established as a very popular style characterized by exaggerated subject matter, vibrant color palettes and bold outlines. Artworks of this style often feature characteristic 3D images, creating a sense of perspective and space. In these tattoos, characters are being depicted, that sometimes seemingly transcend the boundaries of the image, creating a dynamic sense of movement.

Countless contemporary New school works are based on childhood nostalgia. Comic book and animated characters — all that, possibly, are the most common concepts in this style. And that makes sense; tattoos are often a way, how to show the outside world our belonging or deepest passion for what truly matters to us :)

New School tattoo is a wonderfully powerful aesthetic, that drew its initial characteristics from pop culture. New school tattoo artists have used the bright colors, falling shadows and gliding, graceful lines of street artists as inspiration for one's own works, and sometimes the fonts themselves become part of the design, creating a completely new style, that deeply resonates with many - to us already familiar.

New school tattoo movement like a hurricane stormed into the tattoo industry, and all of this is thanks to innovative artists who had the vision and creativity to break free from traditional designs. These tattoo artists have introduced new techniques - such as Joe Capobianco, who in this style revolutionized pin-up tattoo creation and many others, who still enrich and supplement this style with their innovative and creative works.

Preparing materials for this publication, we more than once heard the phrase excessively exaggerated... We will disagree with such a statement, because it is precisely this exaggeration and brightness that give essence to the new school style. Today, many artists in the tattoo industry position their style as new school - sadly :(  New school is the style of individuals, not one for the masses - tattoo.

P.S.

Intense, extreme, almost exaggerated - this is the true motive of the New School Tattoos style :)

Today new school tattoos celebrate creativity, individuality and the merging of influences. Their influence on the tattoo culture as a whole lies in their ability to connect traditional tattoos with contemporary art, capturing the dynamic and expressive spirit of a generation, that is always awake, is variable and in times till madness absurd, but nevertheless loved by You and demanded.
